 - A Brief Introduction -

Hi, I'm Emma (they/them).

Curiosity and compassion are at the core of my practice.  I find beauty and inspiration in our oddity and resilience as human beings.  I'm honoured to be able to help people get in touch with those aspects of themselves.  I believe there is always something new for us to learn and room to grow.

What interests me is the creative ways that we adapt to adversity.  The thing I appreciate most about my work is the opportunity to see people continually surprise themselves with their own strength, depth, and skill.

Mindful movement, meditation, and playing with art support me to find balance and face my own challenges.  We are all works in progress and I am invested in learning to enjoy the process.  I continue to be in awe of how we meet the world as our own strange selves and learn to thrive.
